Terms & Conditions — Effective June 2026
This website is operated by niyavardan. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Niyavardhan’s. By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all users of the site whether you're browsing, buying, or anything in between. Please read them before you proceed. If you don't agree, we'd ask that you not use the site.
Section 1
Online store terms
By using this site, you confirm that you are of legal age in your region, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian. Our products are for personal use only you may not resell, duplicate, or exploit any part of our service without written permission from us.
You agree not to misuse the site in any way that could damage, disable, or disrupt the service. Any breach of these terms results in immediate termination of access.
Section 2
Payments
We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and net banking. All payments are collected at the time of checkout. Cash on Delivery is not available every order must be paid in full online before it is processed.
Your card and banking details are handled entirely by our payment gateway and are never stored on our servers. If your payment fails, please check your bank account before retrying to avoid duplicate charges.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment has not been successfully processed.
Section 3
Orders & availability
Placing an order is an offer to purchase it becomes confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation from us. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order at our discretion, including where stock is unavailable or where we suspect misuse.
Product images are as accurate as we can make them, but colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Size details are provided as a guide we strongly recommend checking the size chart on each product page before ordering.
We are not obligated to accept orders from any particular person or region, and reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
Section 4
Shipping
We ship across India only. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and typically arrive within 7–10 working days from dispatch. Metro cities may receive orders sooner; remote locations sometimes take a little longer.
A tracking link is sent to your registered email and phone number once your order ships. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 3 consecutive working days, contact us and we'll follow up with the courier.
We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or for delays resulting from courier disruptions, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.
Section 5
Returns
We accept returns in two situations only: the item arrived damaged or defective, or the size label on the garment does not match the size shown on your order confirmation.
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Requests raised after this window, or without supporting photos, will not be processed.
Items returned must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Items that don't meet this condition will be sent back to you at your cost.
Returns are not accepted for change of mind, personal fit preference, colour expectation, or style dissatisfaction. Sale and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return under any circumstances.
Section 6
No refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer monetary refunds once an order is confirmed and payment received including for delayed deliveries, size misjudgements, or change of mind.
Where a return is approved, we resolve it through an exchange or store credit only. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Exchanges are subject to stock availability if your size isn't available, store credit will be offered instead.
Orders can be cancelled within one hour of placement if processing hasn't begun. Qualifying cancellations are settled via store credit, not a payment reversal. Once an order is in processing or dispatch, it cannot be cancelled.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in your account being permanently suspended. We'd always rather resolve things directly please reach out first.
Section 7
Discounts & promotional offers
One discount code per order. Codes cannot be combined, transferred, or applied after checkout is complete. Most codes do not apply to items already on sale unless the offer explicitly says otherwise.
We reserve the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time. Misuse of discount or referral codes including sharing them on unauthorised platforms may result in deactivation and account suspension.
Section 8
Your account & personal information
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and up to date including your email address, phone number, and delivery address. Errors in this information may affect your order and are your responsibility to correct.
We collect your personal information to process orders, send delivery updates, and with your consent share news about new arrivals and offers. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.
We don't sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. Payment information is processed by our gateway and never stored by us. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting our support team.
Section 9
Third-party links & tools
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These are not operated by us and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Visiting a third-party site is at your own discretion we recommend reviewing their terms before making any transaction.
We may also provide access to third-party tools (such as payment gateways or tracking platforms) through the site. These are provided as-is and we hold no liability for any issues arising from their use.
Section 10
Prohibited use
You may not use this site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to infringe on anyone's intellectual property, to transmit malicious code, to collect other users' personal data, or to impersonate another person. Any violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your access.
Section 11
Limitation of liability
Niyavardhan is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or our products. Our liability in any dispute is limited to the value of the order in question.
We do not guarantee that the website will be available at all times or entirely free of errors. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
Section 12
Governing law & disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of your use of the site or your purchases shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
If you have a concern, we'd always prefer to hear from you directly before anything formal gets involved. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team.
Section 13
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, the revised version will be published on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the site after any changes means you've accepted the updated terms. We recommend checking this page before placing a new order if it's been a while.
