Shipping policy

Order Processing:
Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 5 PM are processed the next business day. Processing typically takes 1–2 business days, extending up to 3–4 days during sales or new launches. Email confirmation is sent once your order is placed.

Delivery Timeline:
Standard delivery across India takes 7 to 10 business days from dispatch. Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad) often receive orders in 5–7 business days. Remote areas may experience longer delivery times due to courier availability.

Tracking:
You will receive a tracking link and AWB number by email and phone once your order ships. Track your package directly on the courier’s website. If no updates occur for 3 consecutive business days, please contact support.

Delays & Exceptions:
Courier disruptions, natural disasters, or government restrictions are beyond our control and not eligible for compensation. Please ensure your delivery address is correct; we are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information. For now, we ship only within India.
